Our healthcare cloud is situated in our Tier 3 accredited data centre, which is also where our own onsite Network Operations Centre driving our 99.999% SLA is based. Our state-of-the-art technical hub is located in Northampton, chosen for its excellent connectivity to the rest of the UK and just one hour from London. The data centre facility was completed in late 2011 and accommodates the very latest data centre design standards and equipment. The 45,000 sq ft Tier 3 class data centre, includes an enterprise class Network Operations Centre (NOC), 24×7 helpdesk and high-level engineering resource, all in the same premises for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Our digital platform act purely as a bus for secure electronic information transmission, with data being stored securely in our secure cloud. This is the key reason why a deployment of the technology can take as little as two weeks, as a new database or infrastructure is not needed within the hospital and due to our integration capability, no upgrades to existing systems are necessary.
